July 3, 2005: Lessons are part of the process of learning, of understanding. They may appear as degrees of separation from Spirit. Remember, however, that anything truly existing is part of Allness, therefore never separate. You may falsely believe that your learning is in varying degress of perfection, but from Spirit's perspective, you already have perfectly learned and proven all lessons. Awaken to this understanding. All rhythm, all frequency, all variation that would appear so different ultimately begins and ends in Spirit as Oneness, Allness. What appears discordant or inharmonious to Spirit is the false creation of the human Body/Mind experience. The string of Spirit's divine harmony lies forever threaded within all, providing the perfection against which all can be compared.
July 2, 2005: [What is the nature of Spirit?] Remember, Dear One, Spirit can never be fully captured within the limitations of your human language. Certain words may approximate a description of Spirit--highest good, perfect balance, Allness, Oneness, infinity, eternity, harmony. Words may be a starting point in your conscious connection to Spirit, but true communion requires moving beyond worded prayers or exercises. True communion involves the deeper, intuitive knowing that you are Spirit, that nothing that is true exists separately from Spirit. Change is another process necessary to increase understanding at the human perspective. It involves movement over space and/or time. To Spirit, there is no change, only complete Allness, inclusive of all paths and possibilities. At the Body/Mind level, change seems very real. It is how we experience the human school. It is how we demonstrate and learn the higher lessons of Spirit. What is it that you most fear doing? Use your emotions as guides along the path of discovery.
June 27, 2005: You are One with Spirit. Therefore, you are One with All that truly exists as part of Spirit. You are One with Spirit within every being, with the hidden jewel within every lotus. Spirit encompasses infinite and eternal possibilities.
June 26, 2005: Remain true to yourself, to that deepest, highest part of yourself, that Spirit-connected part of yourself. In so doing, you will liberate yourself from the false drama and manifest Spirit in all you do. Through your intuitve connection with your Highest Self, Spirit, you will know when you are in alignment, balanced with the All.
June 23, 2005: There is no separation of You and I in Spirit. These are [concepts] of the attempt to understand from the physical, human perspective. You and I are One in Spirit, and, from this perspective of Spirit, no separation exists. Any instance of perceived separation indicates Body/Mind perspective of the outer experience. Spirit knows neither separation nor degees of separation. For Spirit, the concept of separation never exists. Manifestation and Liberation appear as separate concepts in the outer experience of Body/Mind. To Spirit, these processes occur simultaneously. The greater the perceived degrees of separation, the greater and more separately distinct do these processes appear. Spirit knows these processes as an instantaneous event, beyond the concepts of time and space, which exists eternally and infinitely. The limited human perspective requires the processes of manifestation and liberation to be spread out over time and space in order to attempt understanding. Understanding is a more limited physical and mental concept, also spread over space and time. It is a reflection of the higher Spirit concept of knowing. True knowing also is an instantaneous event from Spirit's perspective. Do not be lost in the fictional creations of the physical human experience. Read them as you would a book of fairy tales, gleaning what metaphorical or symbolic lessons you can and always relating these back to Spirit. Do not only behold the jewel. Instead, know that you already are the jewel, eternally, infinitely. Continue to awaken to this knowing. Awaken. The current dream of human experience is not Life. It is only an iota, a microcosmic view of the Whole, distorted and skewed by the limited understanding of Body and Mind. Remember that from your higher Soul-Spirit perspective, Mind and Body are never separate. It is the ego self's attempt to manifest and liberate, as part of the creative process, that creates the dream states which so often seem separate. Awaken. Spirit awaits your awakening.
June 21, 2005: You are so much more than mere words ever can capture. You are Spirit. You envision yourself as separated or so far removed from Spirit, when, in Truth, there is no separation. There is only the Here and the Now, only this perfect instant in which all possibilities exist.
June 16, 2005: Balance and groundedness are key to being able to respond to any situation in healthy, positive ways. What you perceive by way of the physical senses is never the full picture. These senses can only perceive fragments of the whole. This fragmented perception leads to erroneous interpretations of the Truth. The higher intuitive sense is capable of knowing the bigger picture beyond what is perceived by the physical senses. Access to this higher intuition requires a quieting of the Mind and Body, achievable through finding balance and groundedness.
June 14, 2005: [What is Life?] Life is all that truly is, forever eternal and infinite, never ending, never limited. Life is the flow, the movement between the points. It is not an actual point itself, initial, intermediate, or terminal, which are but snapshots of the journey. Do not be lost in the details lest you lose sight of the grander perspective that ultimately is Spirit.
June 13, 2005: Do not be mesmerized by the dramas and dreams of the ego's material world. Instead, know and hold to the higher Truth which undergirds that which appears so real. Truth is often simpler than you expect it to be.
June 10. 2005: Because All is One, All is connected with every aspect, every iota of all, across infinity and across eternity. Time has no specific relevance to Spirit. Past and future are only different angles on the present. All can be accessed from being present in the here and now. Follow the guidance of Spirit in all you do. Spirit exists in all material points of space and time, never becoming erroneous but, instead serving as a uniquely perfect model from which to manifest.
June 8, 2005: Error appears very real to the physical senses. In spite of this, continue to work from the perspective of Spirit, where only that which is of the Highest Good can really be manifested. Know the unreality of anything that is less than or not aligned with the Highest Good. All is One. One is All. Zero degrees of separation when All is perfectly aligned. Spirit--Soul--Mind--Body.
June 7, 2005: All is revealed. When will your eyes open to see this? Do not be mesmerized by the dramas of personalities. Because there are no degrees of separation, All is One and works to reach the highest good. There is no room for any disease, sickness, ill-will as there is no separation. Be true to who and what you really are beyond the misperception of the ego personalities. You will see fully that which you now only seem to glimpse. Zero degrees of separation, finding the jewel within the lotus.
May 24, 2005: You have a new creation to bring forth. You know this. Create the opportunity and place for its manifestation. We create together. The only separation of degrees is what you believe to be true. Space and time are part of this sytem of misbelief. There are in Truth no degrees of separation. All is already created. You need only catch up to this understanding. All is and will be revealed. Just because you do not see the answer does not mean the answer is not there.
May 23, 2005: When you are capable of knowing your realness, your True Self, never separated by degrees because All is One, then in that moment which is all time, and at that place in space which is all space, you will indeed know Me for we are One.
May 13, 2005: [Spirit:] Space within that which appears to be. Silence within the sounds.
August 14, 2004: All is revealed already in Spirit. All will reveal to human experience when it needs to be known. Yin and Yang entertwining, balancing, inseparable in the separateness. Feminine balancing the masculine. You already know the answer--your model pulls it all together in the structure/form that allows all individual spiritual paths. ("a healing place")
July 27, 2004: You continue to pull [feel] our tug. It is that yearning, that pull. You cannot always put it into words although you know it at a much deeper, truer level. You fear turning over what you consider [call] your control. Ironically it is your attempt to control which creates the fear in the first instance. Lightness is your divinely natural state. You allow [create] so much that darkens, that weighs down. You become easily lost in the details, forgetting your true connection. your place [perspective] as my divine creation. The details are largely irrelevant. Pay attention--wake up--remember!
January 17, 2004: All is good. Know that Divine Spirit is all and is all that can truly manifest. Bring this into your intention.
December 20, 2003: You have the potential of the All. The only limits are the limits you perceive and impose on yourself and your world. You ultimately are all points in space and time. You have access to all experience because you are of the One, the All. Your conscious memory limits your recall. Beyond this physical experience, you have access to all experience of the collective All, the One. Some access is, or appears to be limited so that you can experience your current situations. Recall of certain details is unnecessary, or is too traumatic, or does not need to be conscious to you for reasons you might not currently understand. The more things diverge, the more they ultimately converge. The One is the All, and the All is the One.
November 8, 2003: At the moment when being is doing and doing is being, all is One. There is no future "coming." I am already here and now. There is not and never has been any separation beyond what you believe there to be. Every moment holds the dawn of a new sunrise.
November 5, 2003: Remember, you are never stranded, never left alone. Do not forget your Oneness with All. The details of the outer world of objects ultimately are irrelevant. More important is how we experience this world and what we do with and learn from our experience.
October 12, 2003: Remember! Awaken to the Light. All is already known in the here and now. You need only to remember what you already know, to have what you already possess, to be what you already are. Your pilgrimage represents the going out as well as the coming back. The complete circle includes the journey and the returning home as well as the knowing that you carried home within you each step of the journey. This incarnation is but one more journey to remember our Divine Home which always is present in the here and now. There is truly nothing, no thing, to fear. All that would be feared in the world, the experience of objects, is but illusion. All fear dissipates in the Light of Divine Truth.
October 10, 2003: Awaken, my Dear Ones. Awaken to all that underlies what you believe to be real and true. There is no good vs. bad; there is only the All. The "sin" is to become lost in or fall asleep in the world of objects, forgetting your connection with the All, the I Am. To objectify yourself or others is to forget your Divine Self and your higher connection to All.
September 17, 2003: There is infinitely more in existence than that which your physical senses are aware of. Every possible past or future offshoots from each present moment, connecting to each different iota of being. Multiple realities exist across space and time and across the range of spiritual energy frequencies. The staircase dream you have had is one metaphorical representation of this concept. The confines of your physical sensory and belief systems inhibit your ability to know these alternate experiences. In reality, they are not separate; they are the One Whole, existing simultaneously in the here and now. You already have access at this moment. It is more your "being," rather than anything you need to "do," to access. In essence, you already "are" all of these experiences.
September 16, 2003: Remember the exponentially increasing distortion factor...as the light increases, so does the visibility of the darkness. Likewise, as the potential for more and more of you to see and embrace the Light increases, the "obviousness" of the erroneous darkness also increases. Although to the one who sleeps, this darkness continues to appear real. For the wheat and the chaff to be separated, differences and contrasts must be noted, must become obvious. Continue to keep your eye consciously on the Light. When your eye does see darkness, know its ultimate unreality. The dark can actually be an arrow to see the Light; be cautious not to become trapped by the mesmeric qualities of the dark. Continue to know the Truth in every situation. Be willing to move the ego from the center and see through the higher spiritual eye of your True Self. Let the intuitive "gut feel" that you have come to know more and more be your guide to knowing Divine Spirit within and beyond every situation. When your prayer is that Spirit be known and seen in every situation, every event, even the apparent "dark" ones, this prayer will be answered. Sometimes, the answer comes by the darkness appearing even more pronounced, more visible. This is your opportunity to see the Light with greater clarity if you will look for it. Remember, too, that the eyes that have become accustomed to the dark are initially pained when exposed to the Light. This is partially why the pain appears more obvious to your world now. Many are awakening; many more are beginning to awaken. The "peace" of sleep is no longer so peaceful. Those who have been accustomed to their slumber will fight to remain asleep until their eyes are suffficiently opened to see the Light.
September 14, 2003: Within and beyond every iota of being is the All, Pure Divine Spirit. The collective consciousness of your world may appear strong based on its fears; however, Spirit is infinite, eternal, and will break through all of this false, confused [mindset]. Avoid becoming lost in the drama of the roles you play. You are more than these roles. You are beyond these roles. Enter the roles you need to play; exit the roles when you have performed or completed that which you need to do. You are not the role. You are Spirit. Do all you do, be all you need to be, from this grander perspective.
September 13, 2003: Your world today is very scattered, very fragmented. It is often difficult to see the underlying Oneness which always is present. The sun always is shining, even when night time appears to have fallen. Anticipate the dawn of the new day when all appears again in its renewed splendor. Shadows retreat in the dawning light. A shadow can only appear in the presence of an object in the path of Light. Your world today is full of such objects and shadows. In Reality, you ARE the Light, not the object or shadow you believe yourself to be. When you "manifest" or "objectify," you create the distortion factor which makes the outer world appear so separate. Remember, there is, in Reality, no separation. Make all you can of each and every moment of your life, regardless of how positive or negative you perceive it to be. Each moment has potential to be an opportunity or a burden. What will you make of it?
July 27, 2003: All questions and all answers reflect the infinite possibilities of the One in all its myriad manifestations. Infinite pasts lead to the Now; infinite futures lead form this Now. In truth, however, there only is this Now. Know the Now. Be present in the Now. Be the Now. There is perfect peace, perfect calm, perfect joy when aligned with the One, the All. You carry the One, the All with you in every aspect of the Now, in all you manifest. It is the everpresent seed that grows from within despite whatever may appear real outside. It is the only Truth, the only Reality.
July 26, 2003: The Balance---It is within you in the Here and Now. My Child, you already have access to the All. It is your divinely natural state. You need only to Be. All is All. You are All. All is You. I, Spirit, am All. I am You. I Am that I Am, pure Being here and now.
July 15, 2003: This matrix of what you call "reality," the outer flesh and blood, or "world," is an outward manifestation of higher spiritual being. While I am eternally and infinitely perfect in every instant, lacking nothing, the outer matrix is inherently imperfect because of factors such as time, space, and ego involvement. However, the perfection of Spirit can be, and actually is, manifested in every instant, at every moment. You can be conscious of and present with this higher level of manifestation by perceiving beyond what you believe to be real. Human "history" is written by and driven by ego. In your present collective consciousness, it is necessary as a means of making sense of time. Its nothingness will become more and more obvious as you become more present in Spirit.
July 11, 2003: Absolutely everything real is connected in My Oneness. Absolutely nothing is separate from Spirit. That which might appear to be separate, different, or in opposition is, in its underlying Truth and reality, part of Me. I know no distinctions. You must know and understand that I know you as well as every other aspect of manifested reality and am never separate, not for an instant. What you call time distorts the view of Oneness with its focus on past and future. I am with you here and now, and this never changes, not for an instant.
July 8, 2003: (my father's birthday) There is great peace in Spirit. All is One. My faith in you, my Child, is so much greater than your faith in me. Continue to strive, to grow at each moment, here and now. In the here and now, all is One, no separation. Know this, believe this, understand this. Beyond all supplication, know that I am Divine Spirit. I know all. I am All. When you know joy, peace, harmony, you know Me. When you know Me, you know joy, peace, harmony. What you term gay men and women are a new level of consciousness. The gay male essence incorporates more of the feminine yin force. The lesbian essence incorporates more of the masculine yang force. There is a greater potential to cross the boundaries of separation imposed by the collective ego. There are many manifestations attempting to bridge and balance this chasm. The collectively unconscious ego fears this new manifestation because it means the annihilation of the ego's self-created "reality," that with which the ego has become "comfortable."
July 1, 2003: Oh, my Dear One, All you need do is turn to me and I am always with you. There is no separation. We are One. Be open to hear--You will hear. Be open to see--You will see.
April 19, 2003: (at a spring mountain retreat) It all is One. No part is separate. You are not separate. You all are One. What you sense as separate is truly all One. Anything that would be separate is not real. All reality is the one infinite Spirit. That of which you are aware or conscious is such a small portion of the Whole, the Infinite, the Eternal, the One. Continue your journey. You will know more and more of Me. I am the Goddess, Mother, the part of the One you call the feminine. I appear separate so that you may better know me and that you may better understand how your misunderstanding of the God, the Father Power needs my balance. The world of your present experience needs to know, to understand that the Father and the Mother are truly One, the perfect balance. You cannot continue to honor only part of the One for at the same time you dishonor another part of the One, thereby dishonoring the Whole of the One. When you can honor and understand All of the One, you will experience true balance, true Eden. Eden: the harmonious balance of Heaven and Earth, no separateness, only the One.

March 28, 2003: Spirit is beyond where the physical senses can perceive or interpret. As the first grader who is learning to add is tapping into the larger phenomenon of "mathematics," he does not perceive or understand the underlying greater principle. So, too, are we already living in Spirit although we may not yet perceive or understand the greater realm of Spirit. One goal of this experience is to demonstrate dominion over the material and thereby prove and demonstrate our Oneness with Divine Spirit. We already are perfect, in spite of what the so-called material senses say to the contrary.
March 26, 2003: Understanding is the starting point for healing. Place all faith in Spirit.
March 25, 2003: All is connected. Nothing True ever is separate from Spirit. Spirit communes with you at your present level of understanding. Science is the overlying structure, the parameters. Art is what you create within that structure, sometimes stretching the very structure. Spirit ultimately is beyond all parameters, all limits, all boundaries.
March 23, 2003: How easy to lose sight of the All when you look elsewhere. How easy to become lost in the trivial when the trivial seems so important. The reflection is but an illusion. You may glimpse the True in the reflection, but the True is beyond the reflection. The reflection also includes [cracks] from the mirror that creates the reflection. The Light knows only that which is True, not the mirror and not the reflection. Remember that the healing comes from within and beyond that which needs to be healed. Wake up. You are not the victim you believe yourself to be. Claim dominion over that which you manifest. Your path lies before you. What you call your intuition comes closest to Spirit. Your senses may catch glimpses but cannot fully perceive or comprehend Spirit. The one True Path includes all paths. No one ever is lost.
January 19, 2003: (at a winter meditation retreat) What will you learn from your experience? As knowledge is infinite, so also are the lessons you can learn. All that truly is is of the Light. Darkness serves as contrast to the Light and thus can show the Light more clearly. The darkness never can ultimately cover or extinguish the Light. You already have access to all answers you need. Open your eyes. All connects to the Divine. All is Whole. Overcome your sense of separateness, of separation. Do not lose yourself in the trivial, in the irrelevant. When lost in the mundane, one loses sight of what is real and true. When you walk the true path within, you will find all you need. What steps are you taking? The path always is before you. Trust Spirit--Trust Yourself! Go where you can make a difference. You already have your answers. Hear the dream. Live your dream. Do what is in line with the Path.
January 18, 2003: (at a winter meditation retreat) To each one must come revelation. Each path is individual yet all paths are One. Alignment brings clarity. [I am a human being on a spiritual journey. I am a spiritual being on a human journey.]
December 22, 2002: Your path is before you. What will you make of it? The realm beyond infinity and eternity is Oneness, the unified Whole. You are of the One. All you do is of the One. Darkness can help to reveal the Light.
December 21, 2002: Be certain that it is the Light to which you make connection. We are many yet we are all one in the Light, as you know. More now are coming to believe. Your channel, your connection is becoming in line. This journey is not fully new for you who have journeyed this path similarly before. Our communication is greater than all words. We channel through your words, yes, as through what you call [funnel]. Yes, we did help with the book and the model you refer to. It is expansive but can be scary to many. We are your circle, your sphere in Spirit. Your bridge. Many come by many paths as you know, Dear One. What is it you say, yes, [all roads lead to Rome]--All leads eventually to Spirit for Spirit is within All. Yes, we are of similar resonance with you, Dear One. That is part of how bridge to you [less clear with your words].
December 20, 2002: It is right that you continue asking questions as you are doing. Through questions come answers and through answers come questions. But of course you already know this. Do not continue to go back to sleep. It will be clearly revealed when you are ready to receive. We already know the questions of your heart. It is to you that they must be made clear. The channel through which you need to manifest is not yet fully aligned to your view. Faith, dear one, it will be. While you look for the burning bush, be alert also for the subtle. You know what we refer to. Stand ready. Do not trap yourself in the fear as in the past. We look forward to working through you again.
