Working from the perspective that we all are beings of Spirit, and ultimately are energetic Light beings beyond our physical bodies, we offer a range of "energy" services focused on bringing greater healing and balance into our everyday lives. Many of our outer difficulties are a direct or indirect result of blocked energy at our Body, Mind, or Soul levels. Energy work, sometimes in combination with other services, can be very helpful in transforming these blocks and helping us move forward.

Depending on your needs, our energy sessions may include:
Reiki (Usui tradition) - a system of healing and relaxing touch from the Japanese tradition; we offer direct and distance energy work, as well as instruction in Levels I, II, and III (Check out our current class schedule by clicking here.)
Light and sound vibration - vibrational attunement with specific focus on upper level power centers (6th, 5th, and 4th chakras) to bridge this higher balance to lower power centers and outer world experiences
Chakra opening and alignment, including kundalini energy focus - energy focus on entire power center system with blending of kundalini and cosmic energy forces (for balance of yin/yang dualistic forces)
Aura field clearing - for balance and healing of inner and outer auric fields and their connections to our outer world experiences, including integration of energetic "ego" fragments
Body/movement/breathwork - a range of techniques to bring higher level energy balance into our physical world and bodily experience
