What if we could access something beyond what we believe to be our “selves,” something that would allow us to manifest wonderful new possibilities beyond the limited beliefs of our current experiences?
What if everything were all connected and part of a greater whole?
When we can alter our perspective and remember our “Highest SELF,” or Spirit, we do have this capacity for integration, transformation, and healing at all levels of our experience.

The I/T Approach, An Introduction: Five Steps to Transform and Heal Your Life (And the Lives of Your Clients/Patients, Too!)
Course Description: During this half-day “experiential” workshop, participants are introduced to the Integration/Transformation Approach and how I/T can enhance their own personal and professional growth. Using I/T’s Five Steps, a unique blend of physical, psychological, energetic, and metaphysical/spiritual healing concepts, participants learn to release “less effective” patterns or beliefs in life and create new space for transformation and healing. They also learn how I/T can be used to address any physical, psychological, energetic, or spiritual pattern. Additional advanced trainings beyond this introductory workshop will be available to learn how I/T can help address more specific “patterns” such as mood and anxiety disorders, addictions and codependency, PTSD, physical ailments, grief and loss, and more.
Learning Outcomes: The Participant will be able: 1) To identify the 5 steps of the I/T approach 2) To apply the I/T approach with at least one personal or professional “pattern” and generate more effective possibilities or solutions 3) To describe how the I/T approach can be applied across multiple therapeutic modalities and settings with different clients or patients

Participants will spend a little extra time helping Prizms “workshop the workshop,” providing feedback and input during the process to develop and evolve this training for later general release. It’s a “win” all around!
